Transformational breathwork is a technique that involves deep steady breathing through the mouth into your abdomen and diaphragm with a passive exhalation done while lying down comfortably. It’s an active form of meditation with more immediate results. This breathing technique uses a deeper breathing pattern than normal which often elicits a physical (somatic) response in your body and state of mind.
Transformational breathwork journeys can also be customized to elicit calming and clearing.

This breathing technique initiates muscular, energetic and emotional release all with the intention to heal. The sensations can feel intense at times, this is different for every student, and there is logic behind this approach. Deep, active breathing over a steady period of time works like a vacuum which pulls emotions or unwanted beliefs to the surface while the busy mind quiets which gives room to release them. Think of this like a deep cleansing of your body through the power of your breath.
