As a Certified Breathwork Coach, I believe that physical and mental well-beinggo hand inhand. I don't just offer a brief escape from the daily world with conscious breathing; I offer a lifestyle change. Functional breathing is transformational in and of itself.It effects your physical, emotional and spiritual self in profound ways.
While we breathe automatically throughout the day since birth, humans dating back to ancient times and cultures discovered that it’s possible to consciously change the way they breathe temporarily, and found that certain techniques would bring both immediate or long term positive change to the mind and body. This is because our respiratory system is linked to all systems and functions of the body, most importantly to our nervous system which largely determines the mind state we are in. In modern day, research has proven that breathwork is a powerful tool when used for specific purposes enhancing health and wellbeing, self-regulation, performance, and more. When this power is harnessed, it has the ability to change how we function, process and connect on the inside and with the world around us.
Jenn gently guided me through a much-needed transformative breathwork session over the phone. Despite not being able to see me, Jenn was well attuned to me energetically and kept the session at the perfect pace for my personal needs. Her voice, choice of music, and intuitive pace provided the perfect setting for a huge release that I honestly didn’t expect. Overall she was lovely and I have already reached out to close loved ones to snag a session with her while they can.

Jenn's breathwork class was a truly transformative experience, I can hardly wait to do it again! From the moment I laid down and started breathing, she was guiding me and encouraging me. It was my first experience with breathwork, I didn't know what to expect and at times it was very challenging. Jenn always made me feel at ease and safe during the journey. I cried, I laughed, and I actually completely shed one limiting belief that I had been holding onto which was incredible.
